Field Service Technician: South Eastern US

Job Functions:

  • Start-up of equipment
  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of machinery at our customer’s sites throughout North America
  • Warranty repair and problem resolution
  • Training of plant personnel
  • Maintain a spare parts inventory to support customer installations.

Must have: Minimum three years experience of mechanical or electrical repairs of manufacturing equipment, Ability to resolve basic electric/electronic troubleshooting, Ability to read and understand engineering detail drawings, Excellent organization and communication skills, Minimum 25 years of age with valid driver’s license, and ability to travel.

We prefer a candidate with two to four year degree in a mechanical trade program, programming or electrical engineering.  Experience in field service of Film Extrusion Manufacturing Machinery or maintenance in a Film Extrusion Facility is a plus.

Part-time Import & Export Clerk: Antioch, IL Facility

Job Functions:

  • Coordinate with customers, customs brokers, and freight companies to arrange international shipments
  • Shipping and receiving of domestic orders
  • Track deliveries and shipment
  • Setting of reorder points and improvement in inventory management
  • Suggest logistic process improvements

Must have: Minimum two years experience in logistics. Excellent organization and communication skills. We would prefer a candidate with importing experience in both the U.S. and Canada.

Business Developer CTS: Antioch, IL Facility

Job Functions:

  • Develop OEM and representative sales channels.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with Process Engineering Firms
  • Ascertain project requirements from the customer/OEM, and communicate effectively with CST engineering to define project requirements
  • Ensure that firm bids and orders received are at acceptable profit levels
  • Initiate actions to resolve complex problems and foster and implement measures to achieve cost savings and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with customers
  • Evaluate market conditions, prepare sales plans and forecasts and develop cost effective business strategies to achieve objectives
  • Provide market feedback to create unique business opportunities and take advantage of unusual situations in the marketplace
  • Determine commercial viability of products and resources required

Must have: Bachelor’s degree or related field, 5 years of sales experience, willing to travel 60% of the time. Preferred candidates should have 10 years of sales experience, 8 years of developing and implementing sales strategies for powder and bulk systems products and services.
